All campers must ride the bus unless they are children of a staff volunteer. Campers of staff are expected to ride with their parent volunteer. Non-volunteer campers are not allowed to ride with volunteers and are not allowed at camp before the buses.

Our bus location for 2025 is still to be determined. This will be updated when we have current information.
In 2023 and 2024 our buses left from Liberty High School.

The buses will be noisy with campers singing. If your camper is sensitive to loud noises, Nail Queen will have ear plugs available. They may also bring ear plugs from home. Headphones may be allowed as well, be sure the camper's real name is clearly marked on them, and note that bringing them is at your own risk.

Buses will leave promptly at 8:55 a.m. and will return at 4:00 p.m. Please note that the times indicated are departure/arrival times. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow for traffic variations and to check in with bus coordinators.
The camp will not be responsible for campers dropped off prior to the buses’ arrival. Adults must stay with their camper until that camper boards the bus.

Camper pick-up time is 4:00 pm at Liberty High School. Bus arrival times may vary due to traffic on Hwy 26. We do have a late fee policy. A $5 fee will be assessed for every 15 minutes past pick-up time or the time the bus arrives at its location, whichever is latest. Late fees are due at the time of pick-up or the very next morning. Please remember, our bus chaperones have been at camp all day working and they also would like to get home quickly as well. If you have an issue, please contact our bus coordinator, Nail Queen at transportation.mdw@gmail.com, or the Director at directors.mdw@gmail.com.
