Being a PA At Mountaindale West 2024

Girls that have completed PAIT training, at camp or through council training can be a PA at Mountaindale West. PAs are girls entering 8th grade and higher. PAs and Adults make up the unit leadership team. The primary work is carried out by the PAs, and the adult leaders are there to help mentor the PAs in leadership and unit material. This is a working relationship between PA and adult.

Note: Technically PAs are Cadettes. From 9th grade through 1st year in College they are Counselors in Training or CITs.  For the purpose of MDW, both PAs and CITs will be called PAs.
