All online registrations and other paperwork only accepted during this time. DO NOT mail paperwork before this time, as it will not be accepted.

Registration Deadline

Registration must be received on or before 6 PM April 5, 2008. If not enrolling online your HEALTH FORM must be completed, signed, and RECEIVED by April 5, 2008 along with the registration and paper fee ($10.00 more then online price).. Campers and PAs with incomplete registration by April 5, 2008 will be placed on the wait-list.

After registration is complete, you will receive either a confirmation email, postcard or a wait-list phone call after the lottery* has been held in mid to late May. This year we will hold a lottery for campers and PAs if we get more registrations than we can place according to our count of available volunteers.

*Guarantee your child a place in camp by becoming a full-time volunteer at camp.

Online Registration

We use Thriva, a web-based database company, for secure online registration. You may access registration through the link at the bottom of the site navigation or by clicking here. Link will be activated on February 26.

Payment Methods

Our ONLINE PAYMENT allows a payment to be made in two different ways: You can use your checking account by using a routing number at the bottom of a check or you can use a credit card. Both methods are accepted, but when you pay with your checking account, the camp will be assessed a smaller processing fee. So if possible, we would like to ask you to use the check method to make your payment.

You can only pay by check if you choose to register via the paper registration. We discourage the paper method due to the fact that many of our online health questions and some camp specific questions are not answered via the paper registration.

Hand Deliver Paperwork

We would like all paperwork to be mailed to the appropriate individual, but if for some reason you are not able to do this, we are only offering a limited time frame to hand deliver the needed paperwork. Hand delivery will be between April 1 - April 5, 2008 (no later then 6:00 pm). This will be the only time and place that a drop box will be available.

Discounts

There is also a bus discount applied to online fees for campers of full-time volunteers.

Unregistered Girl Scouts

If camper, PA, or volunteer IS NOT REGISTERED with Girl Scouts for the 2007-2008 year, you must fill out a paper membership registration form from the Columbia River Girl Scout site. You may pay the $10.00 required annual membership via the online registration for camp, but will not be consided fully registered until the paper membership registration form is received by the camp registrar.

Cookie Credits and Opportunity Funds

Send Cookie Credits and Opportunity Fund applications to registrar at the address above. Brownies, Juniors and PAIT’s (not PAs or siblings) of full-time adult volunteers will receive a bus discount on their fees.

Did you earn a cookie credit when you sold cookies? Did you know that you can use you cookie credits to help pay for camp? Please be sure that your cookie credit is not expired because you can only use current (not expired) cookie credits. No cookie credits will be accepted past the last day of camp, July 18, 2008. Cancellation policy for Mountaindale West 2008

If you cancel for any reason prior to May 31, 2008, all but $20 of you fee will be refunded for each camper or PA. If you cancel after May 31, 2008, there is no fee refunded. Please contact the Registrar for all cancellations. There is no refund given for membership registration in either case.

The Directors of the camp reserve the right to consider a change in this policy if there is a serious injury, illness or family emergency. If you experience such an event, please be sure that the Directors are contacted.
